Returns Refund Policy

We stand firmly behind the quality and innovative designs of our products with a 30-day, risk-free trial period which guarantees free returns of like-new products returned in original packaging.

Exceptions to the return policy are listed below:

• Assembly and installation service cost
• Expedited shipping cost
• Volume order including 4 or more items
• Discontinued, clearance items

Order Cancellation Policy

• Most orders ship the same day. In the event your order has not shipped, you have 24 hours to notify us of the cancellation.
• There are no cancellation fees for standard items canceled before shipment.
• If the item has already shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

Return Policy

• Please contact us by form or email before returning, we will provide you with RMA No and return information.
• Returns sent without a prior return authorization from Maidesite Desk Store will not be accepted.
• A 10% restocking fee may be applied to returns containing 4 or more items.
• No shipping cost will be applied for the returned product during the 30-day FREE trail period.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
• Returned items must be in the original packaging. Items returned not in the original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

• Refund will take 1-3 business days to the original payment method after confirmed receipt of the returned item
